What is the purpose of this app?
This app is intended to help you find the specific passage (conceived) from the Holy Scriptures that is read today in the Church in the service, according to the Orthodox calendar for the current year.
The texts are arranged in the order in which they are read during the liturgy, and are given using the introductory formula "At the time it is.", "Speech is the Lord.", etc.
You can find out which verses are read in the service, what they are about, and when the service is held.
It is useful for those who do not want to attend the service, or who want to learn to better understand the Gospel and the Apostle in Church Slavonic.
This app has no ads and no in-app purchases.
The developer is not affiliated with the Russian Orthodox Church, and the application is not an official app of the Church.
